• Expected amount of He needed: ~100 cu. ft.

• The goal is to generate 2 lbs. of total lift, which we will measure at the launch site.

• We are on track to launch the morning of Saturday 8/17/2013.

 

Tracking the Balloon

• If all goes well you should be able to watch the balloons track live here.

 

Launch Location

• It hasn't been decided yet, but we are considering traveling to a location that would put it's landing somewhere with open farm lands. To be determined.

 

Expected Landing Location

• If I were to launch it from my front yard, my guess is somewhere around Indiana, PA.
